Terms of Service/Policy

Terms of Service and Policies: Custom flavors or colors for special orders  require additional fees when color mixing and/or hand painting for specific  themes  are desired to match a customer’s specific themed event. Each custom order request is based upon the complexity of request, quantity  of order and time of notice given by the customer.  Each special request is a customized quote agreed upon by both parties, Monika’s Macarons and  paying client. These terms commonly apply to weddings, showers, birthdays, and  all other varieties of events.

LARGE ORDERS:

Large Orders exceeding $150 and over require a 50% deposit(payment #1)  when order is placed (deposit will apply to the remaining balance).  THE REMAINING Balance  must be paid(payment #2) on day of pick up in person or credit card payment via telephone.

 *VERY IMPORTANT:

Entire balance MAY NOT be paid in advance when deposit is paid.  The remaining balance must be paid ONLY ON DAY OF PICK UP, no sooner. AGAIN, PHONE PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED IF PAYING CUSTOMER IS NOT THE PICK UP PERSON. *  Monika’s Macarons will call the paying customer to collect the balance due(on day of pick up)through our secure store cash register payment portal. Our payment portal does not store any financial customer information or bank/credit/debit cards.

**ALL ORDERS WITH PAID DEPOSIT(payment 1) THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 24 HOURS , OR WRITTEN, CONFIRMED EMAIL COMMUNICATION(a reply from the company email address listed below)  IS NOT RECEIVED TO EXTEND PICK UP DATE AT MONIKAMACARON@ICLOUD.COM ON AGREED DUE DATE/TIME FORFEITS DEPOSIT/PAYMENT 1. 

ABANDONED CUSTOM ORDERS WITH PAID DEPOSIT ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND BY ORDERING  DESSERTS/BAKED GOODS THROUGH MONIKAS MACARONS CUSTOMER IS AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE/POLICY.  **

Special Orders and all orders require a 48 hour notice per 2 dozen. 

example: 4 dozen requires a 4 day notice to Monika’s Macaron. These time frames and quantities are subject to change and may be flexible per special request. Please call or email Monika’s Macarons by using contact information provided on this website.

All sales are final and no returns unless food products were damaged by staff while in our care or customer received incorrect order due to error made by Monika’s Macarons.

Flavors and designs are subject to change without notice and not quaranteed unless custom flavor/color fee paid as an add on request. All custom colors or designs will be approved in advance by paying customer and documented via photographs or other written documentation exchanges between Monika’s Macarons and paying customer.
